RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

ITEMS

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with all their accessories.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, original brand packaging, boxes, instructions booklets, labels, and protective covers.
  • Leather Jackets must be handled with care and will not be eligible for return if zip puller covers and/or labels are removed.
  • We are unable to accept exchanges and returns for personalized items.

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items purchased online at Porter & Craft online store can be exchanged at any Porter & Craft store (please see store directory on our website for closest branch to you).
  • Exchanges are subject to proof of purchase receipt.
  • Exchanges are subject to product in perfect condition and not being worn or used.
  • Exchanges are subject to item accompanies with original packaging, shoe box and wrapping, dust bags and all labels attached and in original condition.
  • Where products are exchanged, if the new sale is for a higher price, the price difference must be paid by you before the replacement product is provided.
  • Where products are exchanged, if the new sale is for a lower price. Porter & Craft will, at its discretion either (i) issue a store credit voucher to you for the difference (excluding delivery charges, if any); or (ii) refund you for the difference (but not for delivery charges, if any) by the method you used for payment.

RETURNS

  • Returns are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns are subject to item accompanies with original packaging, shoe box and wrapping, dust bags and all labels attached and in original condition.
  • Defective Returns will be returned to supplier for an assessment and is governed by the specific supplier/brand’s returns and repairs policies.
  • Porter & Craft are bound by the return and repair policies by the product’s original distributor/supplier.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will only be authorized on purchases made within 30 days of date of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original client.
  • Refunds are subject to proof of purchase receipt and refunds will be only be executed after authorization by Head Office.
  • Refunds are subject to products in perfect condition and not being worn or used.
  • Refunds are subject to items accompanied with original packaging, shoe box and wrapping, dust bags and all labels attached and in original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Refunds in-store are not guaranteed same day of request being made.

REPAIRS

  • Porter & Craft will only accept products for repairs that is part of their inventory and stocked by them.
  • Porter & Craft reserves the right to refuse an item for repairs should the item be damaged beyond a feasible repair.
  • Porter & Craft accepts no liability for goods lost in transit or damaged during the repair process.
  • All courier/transported charges on repairs on products outside the original guarantee/warrantee period will be for the customer’s account.
